The figurine was designed by P.P. Veselov and the manner of painting was designed by W. M. Zvanov. The figuine is named a "Small penguin". It is paired with another LFZ figurine called a "Big penguin".

The small penguin figurine is 15 cm high.There is a Lomonosov mark on the bottom:
