Villeroy & Boch introduced Tipo Blue pattern in 1996.

This design was meant to suit generation Y or so called Millennials. In this pattern were included all the fundamental places: dinner, salad, bread and butter plates as wel as a rice bowl and a mug. The pattern was discontinued in 2001.

The candleholder has a subtle self-dot on the rim, and the blue stripe around the edges. It is marked:
