It is Pablo Picasso "Bachanale" used for offset lithograph in colours, 1973.

There is inscription above the image "1973, En hommage a Picasso (1881 - 1973). Picasso died in 1973 and this is a posthumous impression. In 1973, Mouton Rotschild was elevated to "first growth" status after decades of intense lobbying by its powerful and influential owner. 

The 1959 Picasso's watercolour and gouache on paper was chosen, in cooperation with artist's family, to be placed on 1973 Mouton Rothschild wine label. This offset litograph accompanied the wine promotion.
